The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coholic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Midgard's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Coholic controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Coholic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Midgard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Oooooh!!! Midgard has knocked Coholic down with a huge combo! Midgard steps away and waves a wobbly Coholic back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Al Coholic has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Midgard lands a big right hand that sends Coholic crashing to the mat! Midgard stays standing though and waves Coholic back to his feet!

Midgard throws a right hand that Coholic ducks under and follows up with a left that Coholic also avoids with ease.
Midgard throws a nice looking combination but Coholic bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Coholic.
Coholic is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Midgard moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ask Midgard!
