Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sarge Dela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Svern Ferrus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Ferrus throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ferrus fails to land the takedown.
Dela scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Dela keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ferrus shoots in but no luck this time.

Ferrus closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ferrus wants to control but Dela is keeping him busy.

Ferrus wants to clinch but Dela slips to the side
and Dela counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Ferrus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dela paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ferrus gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Dela counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ferrus is breathing heavily.

Dela gets the takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Ferrus tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ferrus uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dela.
A punch lands to the side of Ferrus 's head but he takes it in his stride.
