PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pile Driver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy McCall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Driver comes to the cage accompanied by my way. McCall has chosen Biffy Clyro - Living Is A Problem Because Everything Dies as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Pile Driver has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Pile Driver seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

McCall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Driver will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pile Driver. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Driver lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McCall does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Driver is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Driver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McCall does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
