Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hayden Venn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathew Ore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mathew Ore!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venn throws a jab when Ore was well out of range.
Ore lands a nice looking body kick.
Venn gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ore to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Ore working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Venn will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Venn wants to stand and escape but Ore is having none of it.
Venn can't keep his opponent in guard - Ore advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Ore trying to control the pace.
Venn tries to kick Ore off but Ore keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Ore has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ore scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Ore trying to control the pace.
Ore postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Venn to stand up.

Venn misses with a hook. Ore ducked under it nicely.
Venn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ore scores with a jab to the jaw.
Ore looking to score a takedown here. Venn is defending well but Ore drives through and ends up in Venn's guard.
Ore is standing up over Venn. Venn looks to escape but Ore dives into side control.
Ore decides to stand back up.
Ore moves out of range of the strikes.
Venn misses with a looping left.
Ore tries to close the distance and clinch but Venn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ore thuds his shin into the meat of Venn's side.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Venn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ore rushes Venn and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Ore is trying to force a seperation but Venn has the dominant position.
Venn tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ore is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Venn can't fight it off and eventually Ore manages to take the fight to the floor. Venn looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Venn might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ore gets to his feet. Venn looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Venn is breathing heavily.
Venn thows a left - swing and a miss!
Venn misses with an uppercut
and Ore counters with a three punch combo that has Venn backing up. Venn nods at Ore to acknowledge the strikes.
Ore scoring well with a low kick there.
Ore changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Venn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ore passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Venn!
Venn really wants to buck Ore off and get back to his feet.
Venn swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Ore working the ground and pound effectively.
Ore controlling from mount.
Ore with good strikes from the mount here!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
You get the feeling that Venn really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Ore is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Venn can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ore cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Ore postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Venn looks a forlorn figure.
Ore is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Ore!
