Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bengam Bloody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gideon Jura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jura has chosen Pain - Dancing with the dead as his entrance music. Bengam Bloody has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bengam Bloody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gideon Jura!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jura misses the jab.
Jura's corner calls for a 1-2. Jura obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.


It looks like Bengam Bloody has been cut.
Jura paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jura. Bloody does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jura bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jura throws a wild body kick that Bloody sees coming a mile off.
Bloody comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bloody thows a body shot but no joy.
Jura misses with a straight left.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jura swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jura scores with a decent looking hook.
Jura fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Bloody gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jura throws a jab when Bloody was well out of range.

Jura throws a hook to the side of Bloody's head but Bloody sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bloody misses with a wild combination.
Jura misses with a wild body shot.
Jura throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A big left from Jura misses.
Jura takes a swing at Bloody's ribcage but misses.
Jura throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bloody sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bloody slips a straight right by Jura.
Bloody throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jura throws a jab but it's blocked by Bloody.
Bloody throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bloody uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jura.

Jura misses with an uppercut.
Bloody throws out a loose jab but Jura uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bloody moves away from the strike by Jura.
Jura throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jura thows a body shot but no joy.
Jura lands a nice shot that snaps Bloody's head back.
Bloody misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jura.
Bloody ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jura moves away.
Jura swings for the body but Bloody moves out of range.
Jura lands a really nice looking cross but Bloody seems unphased.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bloody misses with a body shot.
Jura throws a body punch but Bloody moves out of range.
Jura pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jura uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bloody.
Bloody thows a body shot but no joy.

Jura's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bloody under the eye.
Bloody ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bloody misses with a wild body shot.
Bloody slips a jab from Jura.
Sloppy strikes from Bloody. Those never looked like landing.
Jura throws a jab but it's blocked by Bloody.
Gideon Jura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jura connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bloody momentarily.


Bengam Bloody's cut is getting worse.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jura uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bloody.
Bloody tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bloody takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bloody throws a right hand that Jura ducks under and follows up with a left that Jura also avoids with ease.
Bloody swings for the body but Jura moves out of range.
Jura missing with a left hand there. Bloody was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jura thuds his right hand into Bloody's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bloody pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A cross from Jura lands.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jura ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jura moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Jura cracks Bloody with a good jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gideon Jura dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Bengam Bloody's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Jura thuds his right hand into Bloody's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.


Bengam Bloody's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Jura jabs at Bloody's body.
Jura lands a lovely overhand right.
Donk. Jura catches Bloody right on the button with a cross.


Bloody is rocked!
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Bloody might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jura swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Bloody shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jura manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Bloody might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jura is trying to keep Bloody in close.
Jura has Bloody pulled in close to control his posture.
Jura has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bloody with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Jura keeping moving, preventing Bloody from controlling successfully.
Bloody throws a big elbow that misses.
Bloody controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bloody missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bloody pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jura is keeping the position for now.
Jura looking for a sweep. Not yet Jura, not yet.

Jura has his foot on Bloody's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bloody works his way back into a safe position though.
Bloody working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bloody postures up.
Jura wants to sweep here but Bloody controlling him for the moment.
Bloody advances position into side control!

Bloody lands a decent elbow from side control.
Jura manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bloody's best efforts.
Bloody throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bloody landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jura tries to get to full guard but Bloody has control of the leg.
Bloody trying to mount his opponent but Jura defends it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bloody working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Jura keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Jura keeping hold of Bloody's head, controlling as best he can.

Bloody looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jura with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bloody working Jura over with strikes.
Bloody looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Bloody not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Bloody wants to control but Jura is keeping him busy.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bloody connects with a nice short shot to Jura's temple.

Jura is still in real trouble! Can Bloody finish him?
Bloody lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Jura wants to control but Bloody is keeping busy.
Bloody lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Jura quite badly. Jura pulls Bloody in close trying to recover. Bloody postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Jura on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Jura doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bengam Bloody!
After the fight, Bengam Bloody was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
