Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stephane Boucher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Chandler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boucher comes to the cage accompanied by Take It Outside. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chandler gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Chandler stalks Boucher and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Boucher's face. Boucher staggers backwards, shaken.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Chandler enables Boucher to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Chandler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Chandler is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Boucher dives into side control.
Chandler pushes Boucher away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Boucher gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Boucher cracks Chandler with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Chandler is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Boucher has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Boucher wants to control but Chandler is keeping him busy.
Chandler is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Boucher asserts his dominance and retains side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Oooooh!!! Chandler has knocked Boucher down with a huge combo! Chandler steps away and waves a wobbly Boucher back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Boucher gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Boucher shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chandler sprawls well. Chandler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Boucher gets slowly back to his feet.

Chandler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boucher.
Chandler lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Chandler tries to bum rush Boucher with a series of wild strikes but Boucher uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Boucher changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chandler tries to avoid it but Boucher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chandler to the ground. Chandler escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Boucher dives in and grabs Chandler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chandler pushes down on Boucher's head and hops out.
Chandler lands with a nice body punch.

Chandler has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Chandler shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Boucher eats them both and turns towards Chandler to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Stephane Boucher has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Chris Chandler is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Boucher takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
