The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson misses with a two punch combination.
St Pierre looks to land a combination but Anderson avoids it well.
No joy there for Anderson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Anderson tried to score with a low kick but St Pierre checks it.
Anderson lands a jab to the nose.
Anderson throws a right and a left that St Pierre avoids nicely.
Anderson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by St Pierre.
St Pierre misses with a left hand
and Anderson counters with a head kick. That will keep St Pierre thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Anderson shoots for a double leg takedown but St Pierre sprawls well. He's pushed Anderson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Anderson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from St Pierre is defended easily by Anderson.

St Pierre is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Anderson.
Anderson throws a nice looking combination but St Pierre bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oooooh!!! Anderson has knocked St Pierre down with a huge combo! Anderson steps away and waves a wobbly St Pierre back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anderson plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops St Pierre to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! St Pierre just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
