The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yongsaklai throws a head kick but Wensink moves out of range.

Wensink dives in and scores a takedown into Yongsaklai's guard.
Yongsaklai is pulling down on Wensink's head. It's preventing any offense from Wensink, at least for the moment.
Wensink controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Yongsaklai tries to close the distance and clinch but Wensink swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wensink connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Wensink wants to stand but Yongsaklai has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Yongsaklai has control of Wensink's left arm, preventing Wensink from doing any damage.

Yongsaklai wants to hold on but Wensink pushes him away.
Wensink tries to control but Yongsaklai wriggling away.
Wensink lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Wensink unloads with some shots from mount but Yongsaklai bucks and avoids them well.

Wensink scoring with strikes but Yongsaklai is staying in there.
Wensink lands a big shot there that rocks Yongsaklai but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Yongsaklai takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Wensink's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
