Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Boulks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Holmes throws a nice looking combination but Boulks bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Boulks counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Boulks seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Holmes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Boulks stops Holmes from getting back to his feet.
Boulks not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Holmes looks like he's trying to stand up.

Boulks is working for a submission of some sort.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holmes tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Boulks manages to move to mount!

Holmes's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Boulks looking to control but Holmes is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Boulks lands a big shot there that rocks Holmes but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Holmes is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Boulks lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Boulks cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Boulks trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Boulks breaks from Holmes's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Holmes is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Boulks scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Holmes has left one of his arms exposed and Boulks doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Holmes screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
