The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hartmann drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lannister keeping moving, preventing Hartmann from controlling successfully.
Lannister is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lannister is looking to stand up but Hartmann isn't so interested in that idea.
Hartmann controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Hartmann decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Lannister, up you get!
Lannister misses with a wild combination.
Lannister throws a body punch but Hartmann moves out of range.
Hartmann tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lannister swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lannister lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Murilo Hartmann has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lannister rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hartmann moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Murilo Hartmann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hartmann scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Hartmann stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Hartmann is looking to clinch but Lannister is avoiding it.
A telegraphed right hand from Lannister misses the target.
Lannister misses with a body shot.

Hartmann darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Hartmann decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Lannister swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Hartmann counters by clinching up.
Lannister prevents Hartmann from breaking the clinch.
Lannister is trying to break the clinch but Hartmann is controlling him.

Hartmann successfully pulls guard.
Hartmann trying to keep a closed guard but Lannister is proving a slippery customer.

Hartmann has a closed guard, preventing Lannister from standing up.

Hartmann has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lannister should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hartmann has tightened it up now! Lannister should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
