Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arana Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Szpilka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Arana Davies!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Artur Szpilka!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Szpilka lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Szpilka.
Szpilka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Szpilka misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Davies.
Szpilka throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Szpilka throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Davies feints and as Szpilka raises his hands in defense, Davies changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Szpilka has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Davies off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Davies drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Szpilka wants to stand and escape but Davies is having none of it.
Davies decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Szpilka, up you get!
Davies closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Szpilka misses with an uppercut. Davies saw that one coming.
Szpilka misses with a double jab
and Davies counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Szpilka is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Davies shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Davies postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Szpilka to stand up.
Davies misses with a looping left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Szpilka darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Davies drives through with a takedown into Szpilka's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Davies trying to control the position from guard on top but Szpilka is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Szpilka uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Davies is breathing heavily.
Szpilka scores with a jab to the head.
A swing and a miss from Szpilka.
Szpilka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Davies slips under a jab.
Szpilka takes a swing at Davies's ribcage but misses.
Szpilka throws a nice looking combination but Davies bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Szpilka throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Davies counters with a head kick.
Szpilka is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davies shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Szpilka is trying to defend but Davies finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Szpilka is still in real trouble! Can Davies finish him?
Davies is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Szpilka is trying to stand up here but Davies is controlling him well.
Szpilka is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Davies missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Szpilka is trying to escape back to his feet but Davies uses the scramble to pass into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Davies decides to take the fight back to the feet.
The fighters circle, before Davies throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Szpilka's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Davies lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Arana Davies!
A relieved looking Arana Davies thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
