Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Rodriguez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Rogero!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez shoots in but no luck this time.
Rodriguez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rogero counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Rodriguez is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Rogero tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rodriguez paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Diego Rogero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rogero scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Rodriguez fails with a takedown attempt.
Rodriguez shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rogero as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Rodriguez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rogero works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Rodriguez is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rodriguez tries for a takedown but Rogero sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rogero throws a head kick that misses.
Rodriguez stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rogero.
Rogero scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rodriguez doesn't seem bothered though.
Rodriguez is breathing heavily.
Rogero uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rodriguez.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rogero clobbers Rodriguez with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Rogero fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rodriguez has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Rogero tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rogero lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Oh Rodriguez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rogero lands a nice leg kick that just misses Rodriguez's sensitive parts.
Rogero plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Rodriguez to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Rodriguez just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
