Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Markus Serdal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kai Urutaka!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urutaka connects with a nice looking jab.
Urutaka takes a swing at Serdal's ribcage but misses.
Urutaka dives in and grabs Serdal's left leg, looking for a takedown. Serdal pushes down on Urutaka's head and hops out.
Serdal gets tackled into the cage by Urutaka. Urutaka maintains the clinch.
Urutaka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Urutaka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Serdal paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Urutaka misses with a two punch combination.
Urutaka swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Serdal counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Urutaka is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Serdal avoids the body shot from Urutaka.
Urutaka misses with the combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Serdal misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Serdal misses with a double jab
and Urutaka counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Urutaka has closed the distance and engaged Serdal in a clinch.
Urutaka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Serdal gets in close and tags Urutaka with a short punch that almost sends Urutaka to the mat! Oh Urutaka is in big trouble! He turns his back on Serdal, trying to create some distance but Serdal rushes him, striking wildly and Urutaka goes down! The referee tackles Serdal into the cage to end the fight! Serdal is one violent man!
