The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Shinichi looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Jackson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Shinichi's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Shinichi scrambles back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The crowd cheers as Jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Shinichi doesn't seem phased though.

Shinichi looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Trinidad Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Shinichi might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Trinidad Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
