Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sir Jecht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Si Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jecht comes to the cage accompanied by Pink Floyd - Young Lust. Si Robertson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sir Jecht!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Si Robertson!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robertson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jecht to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Jecht will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Robertson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Let's hope that Robertson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Si Robertson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Robertson throws out a leg kick but Jecht moves out of range and Robertson only half commits.

Jecht scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jecht lands a jab to the head.
A good leg kick by Robertson.
Jecht connects with a body shot that sends Robertson's belly button to the back.
Robertson throws the left hand but Jecht avoids the punch easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jecht lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Robertson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Robertson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Robertson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jecht comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Jecht tries to move into range but Robertson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Robertson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Robertson throws out a loose jab but Jecht uses good head movement to avoid it.

Si Robertson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jecht darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Robertson thuds his right hand into Jecht's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Robertson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Robertson throws a head kick but Jecht moves out of range.

Robertson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jecht manages to avoid it.
Jecht throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Robertson on the side of the head.

Robertson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Robertson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jecht haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Robertson throws a looping overhand right but Jecht ducks down to avoid it.

Jecht fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Robertson avoids it really well and circles away.
Robertson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jecht.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Jecht takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Horrible takedown by Jecht or perhaps it was just good defense by Robertson which made him look bad.

Jecht uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Robertson.

Jecht shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Robertson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Si Robertson wasn't active enough on the ground.

Robertson circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Jecht to the canvas! Jecht doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Robertson keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
