The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter throws a big shot that misses.
Walter leaves Mia with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Walter displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mia throws out the jab.
Mia throws a body punch but Walter moves out of range.

Mia fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Walter to the ground. Mia is now in Walter's guard.
Mia looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Walter looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mia controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Walter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mia on the ground.
Walter pulls Mia in close to prevent any damage.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Franko Mia.
Walter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walter wants it to stay on the feet.
Walter darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Walter lands a brutal head kick. Mia looks out on his feet and Walter throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
