Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Love Aikawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayavarman Wongkrachang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wongkrachang's choice of entrance music: Cradle Of Filth - Nymphetamine. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jayavarman Wongkrachang enters the cage!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayavarman Wongkrachang!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wongkrachang is looking to score with low kicks.
Jayavarman Wongkrachang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wongkrachang attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
The fighters circling - Aikawa throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wongkrachang tries to land a front kick but Aikawa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Wongkrachang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aikawa was well out of range. Poor timing from Wongkrachang.

Aikawa shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wongkrachang manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Aikawa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wongkrachang swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jayavarman Wongkrachang wasn't active enough on the ground.
Aikawa shoots in but no luck this time.
Wongkrachang scores with a crisp jab that stopped Aikawa in his tracks.
A punch lands to the side of Wongkrachang 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Aikawa ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Aikawa no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Aikawa looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wongkrachang is fending him off so far but Aikawa persists. Nope, Wongkrachang circles away and we're back to standing.

Oooh a big shot lands for Wongkrachang! Aikawa is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
