Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kamahl Nightmare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kamahl Nightmare!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nightmare stuffs the takedown attempt from Lewis. Lewis gets slowly back to his feet.
Nightmare thows a body shot but no joy.
Nightmare tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lewis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Nightmare enables Lewis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Nightmare manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Nightmare is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lewis defends well.
Lewis is looking to stand up but Nightmare won't let him.

Lewis throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Nightmare escapes and throws Lewis's legs to the side, diving into side control!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lewis tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nightmare presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Nightmare wants to finish this one by submission but Lewis is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Nightmare.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lewis tries to hold on but Nightmare postures up.

Nightmare takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Nightmare trying to control but Lewis is having none of it.

Nightmare is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lewis can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Nightmare manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

You can see the frustration on Lewis's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Lewis breaks Nightmare's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Nightmare is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Lewis tries to kick Nightmare off but Nightmare keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Nightmare misses with a head shot. Lewis uses the momentum to regain guard.
Lewis is trying to control the position but Nightmare postures up.
Kamahl Nightmare overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Nightmare sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lewis's guard.

Nightmare is trying to control. Lewis wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kamahl Nightmare.

Lewis prevents Nightmare from breaking the clinch.
Nightmare tries to pull guard but Lewis forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Lewis lands a left hand.
Lewis looking to throw knees to the head but Nightmare is blocking nicely.
Nice body punch from Lewis - that landed with a thud.

Lewis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lewis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nightmare.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kamahl Nightmare. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lewis shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nightmare as he jumps to the side.
Lewis throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I would just about give that final round to Marcus Lewis.
I think Lewis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
