Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Pyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronaho Sooza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pyle comes to the cage accompanied by Bate Pesadão. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ronaho Sooza was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pyle misses with an attempted mid kick.
Sooza fails with the takedown
and Pyle counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Sooza is looking to take this one to the mat.
Sooza wants a takedown.
Christopher Pyle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaho Sooza.
Sooza tries to pull guard but Pyle won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ronaho Sooza was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Sooza tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pyle swivels and escapes.
Sooza will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Pyle tries to land a front kick but Sooza steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sooza fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sooza looks winded!
Pyle drives through and clinches with Sooza against the cage.

Pyle pulls Sooza into guard.
Pyle is trying to keep Sooza in close.
Sooza passes Pyle's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Pyle trying to control from the bottom.
Sooza seems to be looking for submissions.
Sooza wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pyle keeps working.

Sooza stops Pyle from getting back to his feet.
Sooza is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pyle doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sooza.
Sooza passes to full mount!

Pyle is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Sooza locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Pyle is forced to tap!
