Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kendall Grove!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tommy Sirenni!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grove closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sirenni circles away.

That was a close round but I would say that Kendall Grove will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Sirenni shoots in for a takedown but Grove shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Grove throws a series of punches but Sirenni avoids them all with ease.
Grove really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sirenni shoots in for a double leg but Grove sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kendall Grove seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Grove has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Sirenni avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Sirenni has picked Grove up - he's going for a ride! Sirenni dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Grove is staying active underneath Sirenni, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

I really don't envy Sirenni right now.

Grove has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Sirenni! Can he survive? No! He's out! Grove gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
