Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josef Dellal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kid Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vera has chosen You are just a JOKE! as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Kid Vera enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Dellal decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Dellal is looking to advance position but Vera won't allow it.

Dellal is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Vera is just riding it out for now. Dellal eventually gives up the hold.

Vera got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dellal has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vera has managed to get both his arms back between Dellal's legs - danger averted.

Dellal has his foot on Vera's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vera works his way back into a safe position though.

Vera is pawing at Dellal, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Dellal's nose. Dellal is badly hurt! Vera pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Dellal tries desperately to hold on but Vera is relentless in his assault! As Dellal receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Vera away and this one is in the books!
