And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tug Boat!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manfred throws a shot to the body.
Boat tries to clinch up but Manfred circles away and keeps his distance.
Boat fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Boat shoots in but no luck this time.
Manfred lands with a shot to the body.
Boat looks winded!
Manfred comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Boat on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Boat fails in his attempt to clinch.
Boat slips a jab and a cross from Manfred.
Manfred scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Manfred lands with a nice body punch.
Boat with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Manfred to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Tug Boat has been cut.
Manfred scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Manfred's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Manfred duly obliges.
Boat takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Manfred cracks a nice hook into Boat's ribs.
Manfred dips to his left and cracks Boat with an uppercut!
Manfred closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Manny Manfred is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A chopping leg kick lands by Manfred.
Manfred throws a series of punches but Boat moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Manfred keeps Boat at a distance using the push kick.
Manfred dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Boat takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Manfred moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

That has opened up Tug Boat's cut even more.
That kick from Manfred tenderised Boat's leg. Boat is trying to keep his angry face on.
Manfred chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Donk. Manfred catches Boat right on the button with a cross.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Manfred scores with a head kick.
Manfred connects with a body shot.
Boat looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Boat is rocked!

The cut above Tug Boat's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Manfred fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Boat is still on wobbly legs! Can Manfred finish him?
Manfred cracks Boat's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Boat slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Manfred can do further damage! This one is done, son!
