The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valdez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wooten.
Wooten chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Valdez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Wooten!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Wooten is looking to regain half guard here but Valdez keeps moving and retains side control.
Wooten manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Valdez won't allow Wooten to pass to mount.
Valdez tries to roll over but Wooten keeps him under control.
Valdez wants to control but Wooten is keeping busy.
Wooten is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Valdez keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Valdez has left one of his arms exposed and Wooten doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Valdez screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
