Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuta Yamashita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Sasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yuta Yamashita could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Junior Sasi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Yamashita leaves Sasi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sasi decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Yamashita is looking to escape.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sasi connects with a nice short shot to Yamashita's temple.
Sasi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yamashita. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sasi is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Sasi lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Sasi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Sasi escapes and gets back to his feet.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Yamashita looks to land a body kick but Sasi moved away.
Yamashita scores with a head kick.

Sasi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yamashita as he jumps to the side.

Sasi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Yamashita sprawls well initially but Sasi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Sasi looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Yamashita with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Oh Yamashita is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sasi is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Yamashita is hurt! He's hurt bad - Sasi fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Yamashita from any more punishment! Congratulations to Sasi! Great finish!
