Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Maccarone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Sunshine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charlie Maccarone!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Sunshine!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maccarone pushes Sunshine away with a front kick.
Sunshine misses with a two punch combination.
Maccarone avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sunshine loads up on a big right hand but Maccarone slips the punch.
Sunshine misses with a series of wild punches.
Sunshine gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A head kick misses from Maccarone.
Maccarone takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sunshine throws a series of punches but Maccarone avoids them all with ease.
Sunshine lands a nice shot that snaps Maccarone's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maccarone takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sunshine changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sunshine will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sunshine missing with a left hand there. Maccarone was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sunshine checks a leg kick.
Maccarone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sunshine.
Nice defenses there by Maccarone.
Sunshine throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Maccarone counters with a good low kick that Sunshine was not able to check.
Maccarone misses with a head kick.
No joy there for Maccarone, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Maccarone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sunshine scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Sunshine throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Maccarone counters with a stiff right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sunshine fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Maccarone on the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maccarone on the wrong end of a nice hook.
A big right from Sunshine misses.
Sunshine digs a good hook to Maccarone's body.
Sunshine cracks Maccarone with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Maccarone looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Sunshine finish him?
Maccarone is rocked!
Maccarone switches off momentarily and Sunshine cracks him with a monster right hand! Maccarone topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Sunshine dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Sunshine!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peter Sunshine!
