The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Dane.
It looks like Georges St Pierre has been cut.
St Pierre misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
St Pierre throws a right and a left that both miss.
St Pierre throws a hook but Dane avoids it easily.
St Pierre on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Dane thows a left - swing and a miss!
St Pierre showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dane.
The crowd cheers as Dane lands an impressive looking overhand right. St Pierre doesn't seem phased though.
Donny Dane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dane ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Dane looks to score with a jab to the body but St Pierre is just out of range.
Dane plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Dane throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends St Pierre stumbling backwards into the cage! St Pierre bounces back off the cage towards Dane, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Dane lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Dane celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Donny Dane!
Donny Dane got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
