Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Javed Jamsheed Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jiang Shi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes to the ring accompanied by ....!!!. Jiang Shi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shi throws a head kick that misses.
A thudding body kick lands there by Shi!

Shi instigates a clinch.
Shi has Khan pressed against the ropes.
Shi prevents Khan from breaking the clinch.

Shi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Khan takes a head kick and keeps coming.
A head kick from Shi lands but Khan takes it in his stride.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shi tries to clinch there but Khan circles away.
Khan takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Khan tries to keep at a distance but Shi has taken the fight into the clinch.

Shi lands an elbow just above Khan 's eye.
Khan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Shi has him pressed against the ropes.
Shi lands a right hand.
Shi has Khan pressed against the ropes, preventing Khan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Shi breaks from the clinch.
Jiang Shi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Shi lands a front kick to the face, that drops Khan to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
Javed Jamsheed Khan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shi misses with a series of wild punches.

Shi rushes Khan and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Shi tries to land knees in the clinch but Khan avoids the damage to the body.

Khan is looking to break free of the clinch but Shi has double underhooks.

Shi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Shi gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Shi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Khan backwards.

Shi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Shi closes the distance and pushes Khan back into the ropes.
Khan takes a shot to the head.
Shi keeps control of Khan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Shi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Shi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Shi has Khan up against the ropes in a clinch.

Shi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

No joy there for Shi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Shi clinches up with Khan and pushes him back against the ropes.
Khan is trying to force a seperation but Shi has the dominant position.
Khan is trying to break the clinch but Shi has him pressed against the ropes.
Shi lands with a light punch inside.
Shi lands a right hand that snaps the head of Khan backwards.
Khan is breathing heavily.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Shi.
Shi lands a body punch in the clinch.

Shi breaks from the clinch.
Khan slips a jab and a cross from Shi.
Shi cracks Khan with a right hand to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Shi takes the fight into the clinch.

Shi manages to break the clinch.
Nice body kick from Shi.

Shi moves into the clinch successfully.

Shi is leaning against Khan and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Shi displaying some good clinch control by pressing Khan up against the ropes.

Shi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Having scored a knockdown, Jiang Shi should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Shi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Shi has managed to clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Shi.

Shi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Shi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Shi scores with a kick to the midsection.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Khan is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Shi moves into the clinch.

Shi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Shi misses with a double jab.

Shi closes the distance and clinches.
Shi lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Shi breaks from the clinch.

Shi takes the fight into the clinch.
Shi's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Khan gets tackled into the ropes by Shi. Shi maintains the clinch.
Shi lands a knee to the body.

Shi manages to break the clinch.
Shi throws a front kick that sends Khan stumbling back into the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shi catches Khan napping and cracks him with a perfect head kick! Khan goes down! He's bigtime hurt! He's not going to make it back to his feet - the referee has called it off! This one is all over!
