Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy instigates a clinch.
Stark looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hardy with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like John Stark has been cut.
Stark has Hardy pressed against the cage, preventing Hardy from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hardy keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Stark's efforts to push away.
Stark is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Hardy fails to pull guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hardy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Stark smiles and moves away.
Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stark paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hardy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stark's half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Stark is trying to get back to full guard.
Stark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hardy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hardy is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stark doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hardy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hardy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stark keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stark is defending against the submission attempts here by Hardy.
Hardy throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stark can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stark is looking for a sweep. Hardy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Stark is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Hardy is looking to take a break and control but Stark is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jeff Hardy wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Hardy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stark.
Stark is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hardy.
Stark thows a left - swing and a miss!
Stark doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Stark throws a lazy uppercut
and Hardy counters with a head kick that drops Stark to the mat! Stark scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nice sprawl there from Stark as Hardy shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeff Hardy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stark misses with a left hand
and Hardy counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Hardy looks at the referee who does nothing so Hardy lands a crushing right that sends Stark to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeff Hardy!
Our winner, Jeff Hardy, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
