The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koff throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Steel Penn, as that shot connected.
Koff looks to score with a jab to the body but Steel Penn is just out of range.
Steel Penn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Koff at a distance.

Koff drives through with a takedown into guard.
Koff missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Koff trying to control but Steel Penn is working from the bottom.
Steel Penn is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Koff is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Koff fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Steel Penn sprawls well initially but Koff persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Koff connects with a nice short shot to Steel Penn's temple.

Koff uses his free foot to push down on Steel Penn's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Steel Penn.

Koff has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd cheers as Steel Penn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Koff doesn't seem phased though.

Koff moves in looking to clinch but Steel Penn pushes him off.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Koff chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Steel Penn can pounce on him.

Steel Penn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Koff manages to avoid it.

Bob Koff is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Koff is looking to take a break and control but Steel Penn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Koff is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bob Koff.
Steel Penn looks to score with a jab to the body but Koff is just out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Steel Penn.

Koff is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
