Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donald De Souza!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Souza shoots for a double leg takedown but King sprawls well. He's pushed De Souza's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
De Souza decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
De Souza is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
De Souza is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so King is just riding it out for now. De Souza eventually gives up the hold.
De Souza is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! King is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Donald De Souza!
Donald De Souza decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
