Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Akiyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Game of Death. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Satoshi Akiyama! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bruce Lee! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Akiyama looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Akiyama takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Satoshi Akiyama has been cut. Lee lands a big head kick that sends Akiyama tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Akiyama back to his feet - he wants the finish! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Akiyama closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away. Akiyama tries to clinch but Lee moves away letting Lee counter with a right hand. Akiyama gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lee to score an easy takedown into full guard. Lee wants to get up but he can't break Akiyama's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Akiyama keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Akiyama is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Akiyama wants to sweep but no luck. Lee controls from within his opponent's guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Bruce Lee. Akiyama fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Satoshi Akiyama. That's going to take a lot out of him. Akiyama shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Akiyama.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Lee postures up.
Lee gets to his feet - Akiyama follows without any prompting. Lee shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lee looks winded! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Akiyama trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Akiyama tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee wants to control the pace but Akiyama is squirming around nicely. Akiyama on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Akiyama tries to get out of the position. Akiyama looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! You can see the frustration on Akiyama's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Lee keeps control of the position easily here as Akiyama tries to buck him off.

Akiyama wants to control his opponent's hands but Lee gets his hands free. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lee working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Lee dominated that round. The cut man is working on Satoshi Akiyama's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

Akiyama gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Lee decides to pull guard. Akiyama trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom. Akiyama drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lee! Lee landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Akiyama is trying to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee gets to mount! Akiyama was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Akiyama is wriggling around trying to escape.

Akiyama is trying to reverse the position but instead Lee has taken his back - oops! Akiyama is trying to break free.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee looking for the choke from the back. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Akiyama looking very determined here, making life difficult for Lee.

Lee tightening his grip on Akiyama, looking for the choke. Lee is breathing heavily. Akiyama rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Akiyama trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Bruce Lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Satoshi Akiyama's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Akiyama shoots in and gets a takedown into Lee's guard. Lee is adopting a defensive guard. Akiyama trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Akiyama trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lee pushes Akiyama off and gets back to his feet.

Lee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Akiyama. Akiyama shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee's guard. Lee looking to control.
Akiyama has gone for a leg lock! Lee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Akiyama's guard. Akiyama wants to sweep here but Lee controlling him for the moment. Lee postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Satoshi Akiyama. A nice combination there by Lee.
Lee scores with a head kick. Akiyama tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Akiyama shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lee is trying to defend but Akiyama finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Akiyama is looking for a kimura here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Akiyama seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Lee is looking to improve his position.
Akiyama is working for a submission of some sort.
Akiyama is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lee defends it well. Akiyama is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Akiyama looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lee regains full guard. Nicely done. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Akiyama looking to sit in guard and control but Lee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Akiyama is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that's the end of the fight! Satoshi Akiyama showed his dominance in that final round. I think Lee has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Bruce Lee! Bruce Lee decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
