Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hickson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Moguillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Moguillan.
Nice takedown defense from Moguillan. No joy for Gracie on that attempt.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Moguillan sprawls well.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Moguillan throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Gracie blocks it with crossed arms.

Gracie has gone for a leg lock! Moguillan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.
Gracie controls Moguillan momentarily but Moguillan frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Moguillan trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Gracie throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Gracie knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moguillan on the ground.

Moguillan drops back looking for a leg! Gracie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gracie manages to kick Moguillan off! Moguillan jumps back into Gracie's guard.
Moguillan looking to sit in guard and control but Gracie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Moguillan looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gracie is one step ahead there.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Moguillan throws a sloppy head kick and Gracie moves out of range easily.
Gracie misses with a kick to the body.
Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moguillan's waist but Moguillan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - Moguillan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Moguillan tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance.

Gracie is trying to break free.
Moguillan should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Gracie on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gracie tries to get out of the position.
Gracie is breathing heavily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gracie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Moguillan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Moguillan drops back looking for a leg! Gracie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gracie manages to kick Moguillan off! Moguillan jumps back into Gracie's guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Moguillan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gracie is keeping the position for now.

Gracie has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Moguillan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gracie.

Moguillan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Moguillan has got one arm under Gracie's chin. This could be trouble... Gracie trying to control the other hand but Moguillan gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Gracie has tapped out! The fight is over!
