Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knut Ludvigsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Youre Gonna Pay. Ludvigsen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Grevling I Taket kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ludvigsen darts in and clinches Savage up against the cage.
Ludvigsen digs a right hand into Savage's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Savage's gas tank.
Savage has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Ludvigsen goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ludvigsen landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The referee calls for Ludvigsen to work.
Ludvigsen lands a left hand.

Savage avoids the elbow strike from Ludvigsen, against the cage.
Ludvigsen pulls guard effortlessly.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Ludvigsen managing to control the position.

Ludvigsen looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ludvigsen pulls Savage in close to prevent any damage.
Ludvigsen is striking off his back. Savage thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Ludvigsen is concentrating on defense, preventing Savage from advancing position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ludvigsen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Savage's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Savage's back!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Ludvigsen controlling the positon.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ludvigsen misses with an elbow to the head.
Ludvigsen is cranking Savage's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Savage! He's tightened the choke and Savage is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Knut Ludvigsen!
