Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cevada Bacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Minotauro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minotauro throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Minotauro avoids a kick to the body.

Bacon gets the takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
I wouldn't like to be where Minotauro is right now.
Bacon tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Bacon decides to stand up, so the ref orders Minotauro to his feet.

Minotauro closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bacon quickly recovers to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well, if Minotauro is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Minotauro wants to work for an arm triangle but Bacon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bacon tries to roll over but Minotauro keeps him under control.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Minotauro takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Bacon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Minotauro is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bacon to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bacon shrugs it off.

Minotauro tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Minotauro has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well Minotauro has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
