I think Howard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eddie Money - Take me home tonight. Hug is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Animal I Have Become . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hug scores with a hook to the body. Howard takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hug takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Howard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Howard misses the shot to the body.
Hug rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Howard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hug scores with a nice head shot.
Howard throws a leg kick
and Hug counters with a nice leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hug fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Howard manages to avoid it.
Hug tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Howard is able to avoid easily.

Hug fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Howard.
Howard takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Howard on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Howard takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Hug lands a big right hand that sends Howard crashing to the mat! Hug stays standing though and waves Howard back to his feet!

Howard avoids the head kick by Hug.

Hug lands a brutal head kick. Howard looks out on his feet and Hug throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Hades Hug decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
