Brandao kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army. Marcus Brandao could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tita Zen's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zen keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Brandao scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Brandao connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Zen's hands.

Brandao misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

A looping hook to the body misses from Zen. Brandao does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brandao chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Zen can pounce on him.
Zen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Brandao to score with a decent uppercut.

Zen cracks Brandao with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Brandao takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brandao crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Zen - the referee stops the clock and Brandao gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Zen. Brandao manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Brandao ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Some bone on bone action there as Brandao checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
A punch lands to the side of Brandao 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Brandao throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Zen throws a front kick that sends Brandao stumbling back into the cage.
Brandao throws the left hand but Zen avoids the punch easily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Zen. That's going to slow Brandao down.
