Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Porter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan comes to the cage accompanied by Flight of the Valkyries. Porter has chosen Audio Push - Where Did We Go Wrong as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bryan throws a jab but it's blocked by Porter.
Porter moves away from the strike by Bryan.
Porter listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

It looks like Daniel Bryan has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Porter. No joy for Bryan on that attempt.
Bryan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Porter manages to avoid it.
Porter misses with a body shot.
Porter connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bryan's hands.

Porter's corner calls for a 1-2. Porter obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Porter stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Daniel Bryan's cut is getting worse.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bryan takes a swing at Porter's ribcage but misses.

Bryan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Porter tries to clinch but fails miserably
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bryan staying out of range there.
Bryan ducks right into an uppercut from Porter.
Porter lands a lovely overhand right.

Porter moves into range and clinches up with Bryan.

Bryan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bryan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Porter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bryan somewhat.

Porter has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bryan tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Porter's elbow.
Porter has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Bryan doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Porter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Daniel Bryan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Bryan tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Porter blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Porter.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bryan misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bryan goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Porter lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bryan or not.

Porter jabs Bryan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Bryan drops his hands momentarily and Porter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Porter turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

and Porter makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tim Porter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Good leg kick by Porter there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Porter turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Tim Porter seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bryan misses with a straight left.
Porter lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Jeez, Daniel Bryan's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Porter fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Bryan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Porter has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Porter ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Porter thows a body shot but no joy.

That kick from Porter tenderised Bryan's leg. Bryan is trying to keep his angry face on.
Porter bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bryan's head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Daniel Bryan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
