Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Balls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoyoto Macihda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoyoto Macihda is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls moves out of range as Macihda throws a body kick.
An inside leg kick from Macihda misses.
Macihda stuffs the takedown attempt from Balls. Balls gets slowly back to his feet.
Macihda throws the kick towards the body but Balls avoids it.
Macihda throws a series of punches but Balls avoids them all with ease.

Macihda moves into range and connects with a jab.
Macihda throws a head kick that misses.

Balls postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Macihda is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Balls, into his guard.
Macihda wants to stand but Balls has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

We're going to have a standup here because Bubba Balls wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Macihda stuns Balls with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Macihda swings for the body but Balls moves out of range.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Some bone on bone action there as Balls checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Macihda lands with a nice combination. Balls backs away looking to recover.

Macihda is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Balls rather than just go for the knockout.

Macihda paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Macihda throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Balls stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Balls tries to clinch but Macihda is having none of it.
Balls closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Macihda's guard.

Macihda wants to stand and escape but Balls is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hoyoto Macihda is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Balls tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Balls has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

I would just about give that final round to Hoyoto Macihda.
I've got Macihda winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
