The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
carwin is looking to clinch but Banger is avoiding it.

Banger tries to keep at a distance but carwin has taken the fight into the clinch.

carwin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Banger scores with a jab. carwin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

carwin fails with a takedown attempt.
Banger throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
carwin tries to clinch up but Banger circles away and keeps his distance.
Banger should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Banger will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Banger misses with a double jab.

carwin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Banger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

carwin is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Banger is defending well though. carwin let's go of the attempt for now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
carwin trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
