The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zedong misses with a hook.
Babasato staying out of range there.
Zedong tries to land a leg kick but Babasato saw it coming and moves away.
A combination from Babasato does no damage.
Babasato fails to land with a series of punches.
Zedong lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Zedong dives in and scores a takedown into Babasato's guard.
Zedong trying to control the position from guard on top but Babasato is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Babasato knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zedong on the ground.
Zedong sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Babasato's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zedong manages to capitalize on a mistake by Babasato to take his back!

Zedong working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Babasato is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Zedong has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Babasato taps out!
