Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiilo Rodrigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Hiilo Rodrigo!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Rodrigo.
Garcia misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Chris Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A bone on bone clash there as Garcia blocks the leg kick.
Garcia throws a half hearted mid kick.
Rodrigo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Garcia. That did some damage!
Garcia doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Rodrigo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like Hiilo Rodrigo has been cut.

Garcia throws a head kick but Rodrigo moves out of range.

Rodrigo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rodrigo lands a lovely overhand right.
Rodrigo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rodrigo moves out of range as Garcia throws a body kick.
Garcia is looking to land body kicks.

Rodrigo stuns Garcia with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Rodrigo takes a swing at Garcia's ribcage but misses.

Rodrigo fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Rodrigo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Garcia throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Garcia pivots, looking for a leg kick but Rodrigo is out of range and Garcia settles back down.
Garcia looks to land a body kick but Rodrigo moved away.
Garcia looks to land a left hand but Rodrigo moved out of range nicely.
Rodrigo misses with a straight left.
Garcia tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rodrigo was well out of range. Poor timing from Garcia.
Garcia shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Rodrigo ducks under a wild hook from Garcia.
Rodrigo drops Garcia with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Garcia looks back up at him and smiles so Rodrigo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Garcia is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Garcia swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rodrigo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Garcia thinking.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rodrigo throws a low kick but Garcia moves out of range easily.
Garcia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Garcia seems to have got his legs back now.
Garcia keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rodrigo.
Garcia takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Good shot there by Rodrigo.
Rodrigo circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Garcia to the canvas! Garcia doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Rodrigo keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiilo Rodrigo!
After winning the bout, Hiilo Rodrigo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
