The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fister swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fister throws a shot from downtown. Boy moves away and avoids it.
Fister throws a series of punches but Boy avoids them all with ease.
Fister throws the left hand but Boy avoids the punch easily.
Fister throws out a loose jab but Boy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Boy dodges the punch combination from Fister.
Boy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Zip Fister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fister swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Fister throws a lazy right hand but Boy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Boy throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Fister stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Boy follows into mount!

It looks like Zip Fister has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fister can do anything to dispel that myth.
Poor strikes thrown by Boy there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fister is squirming around, avoiding Boy's attempts to control the action.
Boy is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Fister is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
