Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emerson Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Tomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cain comes into the arena with I Love this Road (Emerson Drive) blaring out of the sound system. Tomson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bubba Shot the Jukebox last night- Mark Chestnut. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Emerson Cain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Julius Tomson!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Cain missing with a left hand there. Tomson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cain looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Cain throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tomson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cain as he avoids it easily.
Tomson lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Emerson Cain has been cut.
Tomson tries to clinch but Cain moves out of range.
Cain waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tomson.
Tomson has managed to clinch.
Cain ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cain no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Cain is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tomson defends well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tomson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cain is keeping the position for now.
Cain utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cain looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Tomson is defending well. Cain quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Tomson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Cain celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Emerson Cain!
Our winner, Emerson Cain, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
