The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinto drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Steel Penn is looking to reverse the position.
Pinto tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pinto has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Steel Penn on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Steel Penn tries to get out of the position.
Pinto trying to control the action but Steel Penn is working from the bottom.
Steel Penn is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Steel Penn is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Pinto is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Pinto is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
It looks like Pinto is going to stand back up.

Steel Penn swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pinto is now in Steel Penn's guard. A big mistake from Steel Penn there, giving up the dominant position!

Pinto content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Steel Penn has locked up a guillotine! Steel Penn's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Pinto is holding on here and Steel Penn must be using up a lot of energy. Pinto has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Steel Penn gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
