The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coton gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bertane to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Coton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bertane can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Coton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bertane's guard.

Coton is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bertane is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bertane has escaped and now he's on top!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Coton tries to lock up and control but Bertane gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Bertane has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Coton's face.

Coton takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Bertane's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
