And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Wilson!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilson gets caught flat footed, as Austin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Wilson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Austin's guard.
Wilson passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.

Austin throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Austin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Austin tries to get out of the position.

Wilson has hold of Austin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Austin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Wilson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Wilson darts in and clinches Austin up against the cage.

Wilson has Austin pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Wilson pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Austin tumbling to the mat - Wilson dives into Austin's guard.
Austin is striking but Wilson is not phased and passes to half guard.

Wilson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Austin is surviving well by controlling Wilson's body position as best he can.

Well Wilson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
