Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shane Doby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doby comes to the cage accompanied by International Players Anthem. Morgan has chosen Black Snake Moan as his entrance music. Ronnie Morgan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Doby moves into the clinch.
Morgan goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Morgan prevents a body shot from Doby.
Doby has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Morgan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Doby blocking some punches.
Doby blocks a body shot from Morgan.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Morgan.
Doby fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Morgan swings wildly with an uppercut but Doby uses good head movement to avoid it.
Morgan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Doby is looking to break free of the clinch but Morgan has double underhooks.
Doby tries to pull guard but Morgan forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Morgan tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Doby jumps guard but Morgan turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Doby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Morgan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Morgan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Doby's guard.

Morgan is trying to control the action in half guard but Doby is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Doby is looking for a sweep. Morgan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Doby is looking to get back to full guard here but Morgan has managed to pass to side control instead.
Doby tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Morgan presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Morgan is looking to control Doby but Doby is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Morgan is trying to stick to Doby's back but Doby is turning into Morgan. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Morgan's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Doby.

Morgan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Doby throwing strikes but missing.
Morgan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Doby throws an elbow that misses. Morgan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Doby's guard. Nice move by Morgan!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Doby working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Morgan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Morgan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Morgan is looking to stand up but Doby won't let him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Shane Doby will probably get the nod.

Doby throws the left hand but Morgan avoids the punch easily.
Doby jabs Morgan right on the nose. Morgan blinks but takes it well.

Doby tries to score with a low kick but Morgan moves his leg out of the way.
Doby takes a kick to the side of the head.
Morgan misses with a kick to the body.
Doby shoots in and drives through. Morgan sprawls well.
Morgan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doby moves away.
Doby moves out of range as Morgan strikes.
Doby swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Doby shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Morgan defends it nicely.
Doby looks to land a combination but Morgan avoids it well.

and Doby counters with a nice double leg into side control. Morgan won't be happy with that.

Doby has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Morgan is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Doby yanks on the arm and Morgan is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Doby.
