Despite being in the dominant position, Oliver Pocher just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bell shoots for a double leg takedown but Pocher sprawls well. He's pushed Bell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pocher swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Pocher bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bell's guard.

Bell is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Bell can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pocher controls the pace.
Pocher must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Pocher not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

I would just about give that final round to Oliver Pocher.
