The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for King with that takedown attempt.
King throws a lazy right hand but Geerts sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Geerts tests King's chin there with a solid looking shot.
BOOM! Geerts lands a beautiful left hook that drops King. King tries to recover but Geerts is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and King lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Davy Geerts!
