Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 48 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Ketchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ketchup changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cooney tries to avoid it but Ketchup manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cooney to the ground. Cooney escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ketchup throws a sloppy head kick and Cooney moves out of range easily.

Cooney clinches up with Ketchup and pushes him back against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cooney creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Cooney manages to pull guard.
Cooney is pulling down on Ketchup's head. It's preventing any offense from Ketchup, at least for the moment.

Ketchup content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Cooney has locked up a guillotine! Cooney's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Ketchup is holding on here and Cooney must be using up a lot of energy. Ketchup has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Cooney gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
